Bio
Kate Moore is a dedicated personal injury attorney who believes one of the highest uses of the law is protecting people and helping them rebuild after life-altering events. She is honored to stand beside her clients during difficult moments, guiding them through the legal process so they can focus on healing. Known for being adaptive, analytical, and highly organized, Kate brings clarity and calm to complex situations.
Kate earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating with Academic Excellence honors and recognition on the Dean’s List and in the Public Service Honors Society. During law school, she served as an Honors Instructor for Legal Writing, externed for the Honorable Karen S. Crawford of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and clerked with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the Office of General Counsel. She also gained experience in probate litigation, estate planning, and domestic violence restraining orders, strengthening her litigation and client-advocacy skills.
Before law school, Kate built a diverse professional background, founding and operating a successful small business, coaching and managing clients in a global marketing firm, and working in a boutique investment bank. She also served six years on active duty in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Specialist First Class, supporting Carrier Air Wing operations aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. She provided mission-critical intelligence to Naval Special Warfare Group THREE and SEAL Team SEVEN and served as Intelligence Department Head during combat operations in Baghdad in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her military service remains one of her greatest accomplishments and continues to shape her disciplined, mission-driven approach to advocacy.
Outside the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, hiking, camping, and watching her three children—Breslin, Leighton, and Ronan—play sports. Kate is guided by the belief that, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
