Bio

Blake Whiteman, newly appointed Chief Operating Officer of Sargent Law Firm, brings a unique blend of executive leadership, people-first values, and community roots. A native of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Biola University graduate (Kinesiology major), Blake served more than a decade in executive management across physical therapy and nonprofit organizations—transforming operations, empowering teams, and executing mission-driven goals with humility and impact.

As an Integrator, Orchestrator, and Celebrator, Blake excels at turning complexity into clarity, aligning strategy with execution, and keeping morale high along the way. His leadership philosophy is simple: “To help people, help people.”

At Sargent Law Firm (SLF), Blake aims to streamline operations, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our firm’s culture thrives under high performance. His ultimate goal: empower every SLF team member to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence.

Blake’s proudest role? Husbandry and fathering— loving his family as deeply as he leads in business. He lives in Coeur d’Alene, ID with his wife, Andrea, daughter Layne, son Hudson, Golden Retriever Henry, and giant cat, Millie. He loves life and lives it fully enjoying art, music, coffee, camping, sports, exercise, eating food, laughing, and this life motto: “He is that He is, so it is that it is, and here we are.”
